if you wish to achieve higher academic grades, being able to take an informed and analytical approach to your studies is very important. Simply memorising and explaining concepts and ideas does not show real understanding and application. You need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of your subject and give your opinion(s) supported by evidence that you have judged to be appropriate.
Project time: make a film, a news clip or a radio show as a group and present it to the whole school.
Trips: students learn about the various cultural destinations they will visit, and write a trip review of a town or site visited.
